Quick & Slow
This week two transactions closed. Very excited to hand keys to my clients!
One couple started the process in January and just because 'things' happend and many obstacles had to be conquered, we finally closed the transaction, 7 months later. The day before I handed keys to previous clients who started the home buying process just 30 days ago.
The real estate market is at a very interesting point. home inventory is at very low and interest rates at an all time low rate, which has many people looking to buy.
