Thank you

Hey,

What a great day yesterday. I had lots to do. So, I made a list to keep me on point. I love the feeling of crossing off the items on my to do list.

First thing was following up on a transaction that just started. Talking to the lender who helps my buyer. Next, update a market valuation on a Manhattan Beach home that may hit the market in the near future. Worked on some marketing material, updated the social media 'outlets', and showed property to a client.

They're first time home buyers and excited to purchase. They have great opportunities awaiting them. The market is HOT, as many people are deciding to go-for-it and pursue home ownership. Interest rates are still at very awesome levels and home values are more or less at the 2002 price point.

All those facts combined means that buyers have to do their homework in advance. Homework meaning, get pre-approved, rather than pre-qualified, act quick on the home they like and be willing to negotiate with the seller on terms. your first steps therefore are; talk with a lender, and sit down with a Realtor to go over the home buying process.
