Video Library

Hi there and good day,

Last week The Press Telegram published the Realtor of the Week, and I was fortunate to be that Realtor.

The article talks about the video library I have on YouTube. Take a look!

YouTube has proven a great way to find useful information about a variety of topics.

I work by referral and it rocks my world!

I'm so happy and thankful for today! I could scream it from the roofs...

Today I received a message via facebook from a friend who is mowing out of the area to be able to buy a home for her and her family. Can you refer me to a Realtor in the Santa Clarita Vally, Robin? Yesterday I was referred to a client by one of the lenders that I work with, meeting with this client tomorrow. About two hours ago I wrote an offer with clients who keep on coming back to ask me about real estate and are looking to expand their real estate portfolio.

I feel very fortunate to have so many amazing and loyal people in my life.

If you or someone you know would be thinking of buying or selling real estate, do you have a REALTOR who you'd refer them to??

2013 will be great!

Connecting with local business owners.

Hi there!

Last Wednesday I organized my second business mixer. Every two months, I set this up at Kampai Sushi House in Los Alamitos.

It all started with friends and clients who have their own business or work for a family business. The awesome thing is that they all are like minded people in business terms as well as in the way they like to interact with eachother. There's no ackward silences or looking at the host for "what to do next". It's like having dinner with friends and connections are made. We start at 5.30 and end at 7.30 although this always turns out to be closer to 9pm.

This time around we had Maria  who is a pilates instructor, Raylene the fashion designer, Alice who manages accounts at a CPA firm  and Kelly at my preferred escrow company. Shirley was there too and will help families plan funerals. Great time and fun to hang out.

If you're interested in attending, call, text or email me.

To your success, KAMPAI!

Have your Pet's photo taken with SANTA this season!

This year you can have a great picture of your pet with Santa and help two charities, namely KW Cares and German Shepherd Rescue of Orange County!

December 1st is the day. From 9-11 am on the parking lot behind the Keller Williams Realty office in Los Alamitos. Santa will take some time out of his busy schedule to pose with your pet. Photos are free, and if you can a donation is really appreciated.

The Keller Williams Realty address is, 10900 Los Alamitos Blvd. Suite 160, Los Alamitos, Ca 90720. Once you're there, you'll see signs directing you to the parkinglot.

Hope to see you there! HoHoHo!

The Skyline of a city gives the city it's own signature. Especially in the U.S.A. Skylines are quite impressive. My favorite is probably Chicago, but New York, Seattle and San Fransisco aren't bad either.

In Europe, Skylines are not as tall and grand. On my recent travels to my home town, The Hague in The Netherlands I was reminded that I do like the combination of Old and New. Eventhough the Skyline behind me isn't even close in size of the one the Windy City has, I do have to say I love it!

What's your favorite Skyline?

The workplace. As a REALTOR my workplace is al over town. Today I'm at my home office working on all the tech stuff that I can think off, and remember from a seminar I went to about a week ago. Marketing is online they say. that's true in many ways however the face-to-face and voice-to-voice is still more important in my book.

Yesterday was a little bit of running around and office work. The photo here shows Ua and Lisa, two of my favorite REALTORS at the office. A workplace is important to get motivated and have a sence of belonging I guess.

The fun part starts when I am 'all over town' showing properties or meeting with clients and friends. That's the way I like to do business, working with people who I like and who like me. By referral only, I call it sometimes. I can spend more time on my clients and their real estate needs that way. Many REALTORS spend time on 'door knocking', 'cold calling', calling 'for sale by owners' etc., etc. That time, I like to use to really be of service to my clients. when I meet my clients I always ask them for referrals, "... who do you know that's also thinking of selling their home...". It's a Win-Win situation.

I hope you enjoy your workplace as much as I do mine! Make it a great day!!

Oh, and by the way, I am never too busy for any of your referrals!
